Our client is into manufacturing and creating the best laboratory homogenizers and are known for their product designs, reliable performances, and unique and diverse solution-based product lines. 

But doing it day in and day out with the rising competition and the pressure to expand the market on a global scale meant better control over their organizational activities. 

The Challenges of Our Client 

The project involves an e-commerce system where the primary business process revolves around receiving orders from various marketplaces. Once an order is received, the system proceeds to purchase the corresponding products from suppliers and subsequently sells them.  

The project presents several challenges and complexities.  

  • First, there’s the critical requirement of real-time order synchronization.  
  • Secondly, managing the synchronization between stock availability and product prices from suppliers to the marketplace is another intricate aspect.  

We Proposed Dynamics 365 Business Central for Solving Their Problem

Our team is responsible for seamlessly integrating orders from these marketplaces through Business Central to the suppliers.

We opted for a combination of Logic Apps, third-party APIs, and Cosmos DB. This setup ensures that order updates are promptly reflected across the system.

Achieving real-time data migration in this context involves handling a substantial volume of data flowing back and forth between the marketplace and our system.
