Problems Legacy Park Faced with On-Premises SharePoint

Previously, Legacy Parking was using SharePoint On-Premises and wanted to shift to SharePoint Online. The principal reason for moving to SharePoint Online was a poor collaboration between its 120 facilities. Documentation for 120 facilities was tedious and maintaining access levels for different facilities/departments was another challenge. Additionally, the most recent updates were first available on SharePoint Online, and the cost was proving ineffective. They were heavily dependent on Excel files and email processes for any collaboration.

Our Role in Transitioning Them to the Online SharePoint Platform

Our certified consultants made a smooth transition from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online for Legacy Parking and revamped their intranet’s entire look and feel. Created organizational chart and staff directories and segregated the existing data into categories and subcategories for respective facilities with precise permission management settings.
